Crux Energy Consulting was founded by Heidi Leslie in 2023.  

Crux has assembled a network of collaborators to meet varying  client needs. The network is growing and we are excited about the vision for Crux Energy, to continue to assemble a diverse and talented team of consultants - as collaborators, partners or employees - who have a shared passion for helping others through the energy transition and possess deep industry knowledge.
